The Park Tower West

Designer Andres Aybar, founder of he El Studio Interiors has designed The Park Tower West with great attention to detail and some very exclusive designer products from all over the world

From the Dominican Republic to the world – Andrés Aybar is a designer with more than eleven years of experience and does not limit himself to a single design style nor a specific period. With the use of his creative sense, he mixes different elements and materializes his ideas in order to achieve the best possible and one-of-a-kind, unique designs. After years working in the area, he founded his own company, he El Studio Interiors, a firm that is dedicated to creating unique commercial and residential spaces. The Park Tower West is the first design project created exclusively by El Studio Store. It’s a very detailed and thought-out project, with mid-century modern interiors that came out from the incredible and creative mind of the designer, Andrés Augusto Ayber. He managed to combine a unique collection of products from all over the world such as Circu, Essential Home, Bossa, C-tapis, among others.

Entrance Hall & Grand Hall

When we enter this unique residence the first thing that we are faced with is the beauty of the handcrafted pieces that perfectly complete the Hall. “It is the value of the human and the sensitivity that we have lost so much today, and that is what makes it magical. It was important that each of these chosen elements had a special feeling with a story to tell behind..”, explained the designer. The power of this art was something Andrés wanted to incorporate and regain some of the lost magic. The beautiful entrance hall brings out the feminine twist of the mid-century modern style. The team was able to create a set of horizontal wooden cylinders defrauded into pink tones with indirect lighting from walls to ceiling. Just as we take a few steps forward is the magnificent grand hall there is a beautiful lighting statement piece in the middle that captures all of the attention. Right next is a piece from Essential Home, the Anthony Sideboard along with Kelly Wearstler’s “Forma” lighting. Named the “Vibrant Room” by the designer, this Beautiful Grand Hall combines a unique and cheerful color palette with some trendy furniture pieces, making sure it has a warm charm of the time.

Luxury with Natural Elements

Classic blue was one of the biggest color trends of 2020 and was decided by Pantone as the color of the year. In the first months of the year, every magazine and blog that wrote about interior design got inspired by this shade of blue and filled hundreds of pages with inspiring images of interiors that adopted this color. 2021 will be no different.

A darker shade of blue – Naval Blue – is going to be a trend for the new year. This shade brings a touch of elegance and sophistication to any space and highlights other aspects of the room.

Do you want some different lighting for your kitchen? Does a modern Industrial kitchen look interest you? The Diana Suspension Lamp is the missing piece of the puzzle. It will give the renovation look offering a combination of two styles into one: Industrial & Naval Color. For the kid’s room there is the favorite of them all: Sky One Plane. It will completely transform the room and will become the right place for your little ones to dream and explore their imagination.

The Blue Room

With an open space flow and a panoramic view of the Parque Mirador Sue de Santo Domingo, this living room project has its own private corner called the “Blue Room” for more intimate moments. This smaller living room was decorated around a blue tone palette, from the walls to the Beautiful Mansfield Armchair by Essential Home that was chosen carefully to put in the reading corner. The room is also combined with some bright pop of colors that bring life to the space.

The Master Bedroom

The living room and the grand hall are one of the most important parts of a residence. But we all know the master bedroom always has a dear place in our hearts and we cannot wait to get to that part of the house. Rest your hearts, the master bedroom is here and promises to not disappoint. Featuring a unique combination of outstanding views and big high ceilings, this mid-century bedroom design is all about elegance and sobriety. With a color palette of calm and natural light shades, the room is decorated with geometric-shaped pieces and rich textures. The star of the show is the incredible Sophia Bed by Essential Home that is upholstered in a smooth light grey velvety texture to complement the sense of calmness introduced in the design.
